About our forums...
Our forums are the principle way CBD communicates with its customers. Each customer gets their own private forum for communicating with CBD developers and shared forums for their licensed software. Customers are encouraged to use the forums to share their experiences, provide bug reports, and help prioritize feature requests.
Release early. Release often. And listen to your customers. CDB developers have always been open and honest about the way our software has worked. We continue to strive to listen carefully to the problems and ideas of our customers. We have found that a shared forum where issues are openly discussed provides the most satisfying way customers can stay involved with a application. Where problems and bugs reported this way, other customers may be able to avoid the same situation until a solution can be found.
